Teaching and Learning at Burpham
We believe that every child is entitled to the best possible education that we can provide. We focus on inspiring children to learn, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to be autonomous learners who reach their full potential. We believe that high quality teaching and learning is key to achieving this aim. We offer an exciting, engaging and challenging curriculum which allows learners to "spread their wings and fly high!". We value all our teaching staff (all adults in school who support teaching and learning) and believe they are our biggest resource. We use our Teaching and Learning Policy as a framework to support consistency of delivery whilst allowing individual class teachers to play to their own strengths and styles.
