Please note there are two different types of application forms when applying for an in-year school place. If you are applying for Burpham Primary School you will need to complete a CMA application form. It is important that your completed CMA form is returned to Surrey County Council (the address can be found on the guidance notes) and not the school.

Appeals
If you have been refused a place at this school you have the right to appeal under the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
If you wish to submit an appeal please visit the Surrey Schools Appeals website www.surreycc.gov.uk/schoolappeals or contact them on 020 8541 9029.
Appeals resulting from in-year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
